Paul Penaflor, General Manager, is a Software Localization Engineer and Spanish Translator with a passion for languages and technology. Mr. Penaflor has extensive experience with software localization & translation services, he's performed his services for US and Canadian companies. Paul was born in Tampico, Mexico and holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas.

Our company is located in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico; a seaport in the Gulf of Mexico, and is the main economic powerhouse of the state of Tamaulipas and one of the most important seaports in Mexico.
